The climate of Nepal varies with its topography and altitude. Extending from 75m to 8848m above sea level, the weather and climate are different. Encountering four climatic season, the temperature varies from low land of Terai belt with hot and humid climate exceeding 45 degree Celsius (113 Degree Fahrenheit) in summer. The northern part is the mountain region above 3300m, has alpine climate with temperature below freezing point in winter. In between lies Hill region with pleasant climate throughout the year.
