Common symptoms are headache, loss of appetite, tiredness and nausea, vomiting, dizziness and difficulty in sleeping. The best remedies that local belief and take is taking garlic, or ginger in mouth. Eat dry food and take liquid as much as possible. We recommend Diamox if there is no any options.

Also, we provide experienced guide and staffs in dealing with the effects of higher altitudes. As they are natives of Nepal, they easily acclimatize and therefore can care for their clients. They are equipped with necessary medical supplies and will assist with basic first aid treatment. We design our tours to ensure clients are ready for high altitude, and arrange alternative itineraries for those at risk.

"Gokyo, Kalapatthar, Everest Base Camp Trek"

We, a couple from Austria 69/72 have booked a 28-day trek in Nepal hiking. The reason that we have chosen for this organization was a quick response to our emails, good value for money and an easy and professional handling by Mrs. Nittam Subedi. The included in the package Hotel Blue Horizon is very comfortable and scores with its friendly staff and a beautiful, peaceful garden. Our guide Debok and our 2 carrier Susan and Debok were extremely friendly and very helpful. Both the guide and both carriers have patiently adapted to our very slow paced and often carried a heavy camera. Debok is defying his youth a very prudent leader, very level-headed and was always concerned about our well-being. Many thanks to the team - highly recommended.

Best memories!

I had spent this spring in Nepal and it was my first time. I trekked to Everest 3 Passes. Amazingly great trekking experience of my life, but tough days. Special thanks to Hiking Nepal for great arrangement, friendly guide (Mr. Deepak) and porter (Sujan) who treat me a part of their family and make my every moment wonderful. I definitely recommend Hiking Nepal to my friends and hope to meet you guys in near future.
